Made from high-quality glutinous sorghum, wheat, and water, it is meticulously brewed using the traditional Daqu (Chinese koji) sauce-aroma liquor craftsmanship methods. Selected base liquors of varying styles are carefully blended using a “wine-to-wine” method.
