OUR HISTORY
1982
Husband and wife Jim and Sue Chen establish CNS Imports in Southern California, beginning the company's journey as one of the first dedicated importers of East Asian spirits in the U.S.
1993
CNS secures importation rights for Kweichow Moutai, deemed the world's most valuable spirit brand by 2015.
2013
Sue Chen retires, and 2nd generation family member Steaven Chen steps in. CNS expands its HQ to Pico Rivera, looking forward to another decade of success.
2015
CNS establishes two additional wholesale offices in Northern CA and New York City, launching a period of skyrocketing growth.
2018
With the introduction of more wine, more spirits, and more strategies and global relationships, CNS achieves 30% growth.
2020
CNS distribution network reaches 30+ states, solidifying the company's position as a major force in East Asian spirits across America. Japanese Whiskies and Gins join the CNS portfolio.
