Kweichow Moutai Yingbin, produced in the core production areas of the Chishui River Basin (and Yixing), capitalizes on its unique natural environment. Made from high-quality glutinous sorghum, wheat, and water, it is meticulously brewed using the traditional Daqu (Chinese koji) sauce-aroma liquor craftsmanship methods. Selected base liquors of varying styles are carefully blended using a “wine-to-wine” method. This product boasts a distinct sauce aroma with elegant and delicate flavor, a full-bodied, mellow, and harmonious flavor, a long aftertaste, and a lingering aroma.

Kweichow Moutai Yingbin symbolizes the arrival of purple air from the east, welcoming friends from all over the world.
