Deep peat complexity further enlivens the influence of crisp Niigata snowmelt and the Shinobu warrior spirit. After time in ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks, prized Mizunara Oak finishes to perfection. Expect minty, lemony aromas and a surprising saltiness to the palate, with lingering tastes of oak and wood. A quintessential smokiness meets malty sweetness for a smooth and invigorating experience throughout.
