The Shui Jing Fang #8 is a contemporary representation of the classic strong aroma baijiu flavors that are unique to the Shui Jing Fang brand. Its name, “#8,” is derived from the 8th fermentation pit at the Shui Jing distillery. This fermentation pit, having been in use for centuries, has cultivated a complex species of microbes, responsible for imparting this graceful and full-bodied baijiu with its distinctive aroma, flavors, and precise finish.
Despite being the newest addition to the Shui Jing Fang family of products, the Shui Jing Fang #8 carries within it the essence of a century-old production heritage. It embodies the spirit of countless generations of craftsmen who have passionately pursued the art of producing the purest baijiu, a legacy that remains vibrantly alive to this day.
